We have explored the principles and high-level overview of EOS. We have also done a deep dive on VTO (Vison/Traction Organizer)
This next session Certified EOS Implementer Aaron West will take a deeper look at other areas of the EOS process, based on feedback from members who are currently using the program.
All members are welcome - RSVP by Feb 9.
Lunch will be served at 11:30 with the program starting immediately. The presentation will end at 12:30, with an option interactive session from 12:30-1:00.
